Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Email Marketing Subscribers

We use your provided information to send you emails related to the topics you have selected. These emails may include updates, news, promotions, or other relevant content. You will only receive emails on the subjects you have opted into.

3. Double Opt-In
We operate a Double Opt-In system, which means that anyone new to our database must verify their email address before being fully subscribed to our mailing lists. This process is automatic - once you complete the subscription form, you will receive an email to confirm your subscription. We will not send any emails to contacts who have not completed the Double Opt-In process as their subscription has yet to be fully confirmed.
4. Unsubscribing from Emails

Membership information is primarily contained within a secure database system using HOPS (further information here) which has a hierarchy to permissions with limited access to different levels of administration (Trust Council, Managers, Administrators/Coordinators, Roster Clerks, etc)
